SJA Winter Registration Now Open!
Welcome to SJA Winter 2019 Season!
Practices start the week of December 2nd!
SJA Water Polo is excited to announce our Winter Season! Congratulations to all of our high school members on their school seasons! We saw a lot of great water polo being played! We also enjoyed a very successful Summer Season, highlighted by record finishes in the USA Water Polo National Junior Olympics. Our 14U Boys, 12U Boys and 10U CoEd teams competed in the top Championship Bracket, finishing 33rd, 41st and 26th (Silver Medal in Gold Division!) in the nation. Our 14U Girls competed in the Championship bracket, finishing 33rd in the nation. This was truly a banner year for our age groupers, and we are very proud!
Led by Eric Rise (Leland High School Varsity Girls Coach, 4-time CIF-CCS Champion coach) and Cyrus Kahangi (Leland High School Varsity Coach, USA Water Polo Olympic Development Program Coach and CIF-CCS Champion coach), our club offers programs for all levels of play, from beginner to top-level competitive teams.

Hi there. Summer session starts in May and runs through July. The summer season is an exciting and busy time as the USA Water Polo Junior Olympics Tournament, which is in San Jose this year, takes place July 18-21 for boys and July 23-26 for girls. SJA teams will compete in JR. Olympic qualifiers in mid June in order to qualify for the JO Tournament. All age groups participate (10U Mixed – 18U boys/girls). We’ll post more information about summer registration once the Spring Season is underway, which runs March – April. If you’d like to speak with our President or a coach, please let us know and we’re happy to follow up.
